Bear Creek Development Authority - Russellville, AL
Bear Creek offers over 160 campsites in 5 campgrounds on more than 15,000 acres of land maintained by the Bear Creek Development Authority (BCDA). Most of these campsites offer electrical hookup and water outlets as well as campfire areas or cooking grills. All sites also have picnic tables for increased convenience. Buck’s Pocket State Park - Clio, AL
As legend goes, Buck’s Pocket is where all the defeated public officials go to lick their wounds after an unsuccessful election. This 2,000-acre park in northeast Alabama is secluded in a natural pocket of the Appalachian Mountains chain. The park’s picnic area offers a canyon rim natural vista into the pocket below. The pocket itself, on an upstream tributary of Lake Guntersville, hosts an improved campground, complete with tables, grills, shelters, laundry, comfort station, playground and hiking trails. The Park is located two miles north of Grove Oak in northeast Alabama.
Bladon Springs State Park - Bladon Springs, AL
Centering around four mineral springs, this 357-acre park in Choctaw County in southwest Alabama provides modern campsites, shelters, tables and grills for daytime and nighttime family outings. The Park is located one mile north of Bladon Springs in southwest Alabama
Colbert County Rose Trail Park - Cherokee, AL
Rolling hills, ridges, woods and timberland, sparkling creeks. . . all provide a perfect location for horse riding. Plenty of campsites plus primitive camping accommodate the largest RVs and trailers with electrical hookups and water. Dining hall with good country cooking. Covered stalls for horses. Horses are not provided. Scheduled organized rides and ride by appointment any time. See Schedule of Events on web site.
Chilatchee Creek - Near Alberta, AL
53 sites(35 reservable, 18 non-reservable), 47 with electrical and water hookups, dump station, coin laundry, hot showers, boat ramp, playground, shelters, fishing, attendant on duty. 22 waterfront sites $16.00 per night. 25 non-waterfront sites $14.00 per night. 6 primitive (non-waterfront) sites $8.00 per night. Directions: From Alberta on Highway 5, go 9 miles east on county road 29, follow signs.
Corinth Recreation Area - Double Springs, AL
Located on Lake Lewis Smith in the Wm. B. Bankhead National Forest 6 miles east of Double Springs, AL. Campground requires 2 vehicle / 2 tent maximum per single site. An additional vehicle fee of $4.00 will be charged at arrival. First- come / first-serve sites available.
Crawford RV Park - Scottsboro, AL
Crawford RV Park is located in the Scottsboro area. They offer basketball hoops, cable, 30 / 50 electrical, wireless internet, concrete pads, etc.
Blue Springs State Park - Clio, AL
Fed by a crystal-clear underground spring, the park’s spring pool is the center of attention in this 103-acre park in southeast Alabama. Facilities include modern and primitive campgrounds, picnic shelters, tables, grills, comfort stations, and playground.
Cathedral Caverns - Bladon Springs, AL
The first thing you notice about Cathedral Caverns is the massive entrance. The huge opening measures 126 feet wide and 25 feet high. And it gets even better. Inside the cavern, you will find Big Rock Canyon, Mystery River and some of the most beautiful formations Mother Nature has ever created. Among them, you will see Stalagmite Mountain, The Frozen Waterfall and Goliath, a huge stalagmite column that reaches the ceiling of the cave some 45 feet above.

Cheaha Resort State Park - Delta, AL
Located in Clay and Cleburne Counties, Cheaha State Park is the pinnacle of natural beauty and awe in Alabama. Surrounded by the Talladega National Forest, this foothill of the Appalachian Mountains holds the reputation of the highest point in Alabama. Standing 2,407 ft. above sea level, it is no wonder why the local Creek Indians named this place “Chaha,” meaning high place.
Chickasaw State Park Camping - Gallion, AL
The park has a modern campground with three campsities. Each site has water and 30 amp electrical connections. Campsites rent for $10.00 per night, plus a 4% lodging tax. Primitie camping with water and electricity is also available for $8.00 per night, plus 4% lodging tax. Restrooms are available, but there are no shower facilities.

Florala State Park Camping - Florala, AL
Florala State Park Campground has 28 campsites with 50 amp electrical service, water and sewage. Each site has a picnic table and grill. Located in the campground is a modern bathhouse with coin operated laundry facilities. A large pavilion is available for campers and can be used on a first come first serve basis. A boat launch is located in the campground area for park visitor convenience.
Gunter Hill Campground - Gunter Hill, AL
146 sites(89 reservable, 57 non-reservable) with electrical and water hookups, 2 dump stations, coin laundry, 2 hot showers, boat ramp, 4 playgrounds, 2 group shelters, attendant on duty all year. 67 sites all year. Campsites are $16.00 per night.

Wind Creek State Park Camping - Alexander City, AL
Facilities at Frank Jackson State Park include a handicap accessible bathhouse, picnic pavilion/shelter and walkway located adjacent to the campground. There are 32 RV campsites, three of which are handicap accessible. You may tent camp in the RV sites, at the regular rate. There are no separate tent camping sites at this time
Gulf State Park Camping - Gulf Shores, AL
Gulf Resort State Park offers a 496-site improved campground with modern bathhouses. The campgound is approximately 1-1/2 miles from the Gulf beaches. All camping pads are paved with larger lots for RV’s with pullouts.
Lake Lurleen State Park Camping - Coker, AL
Ninety-one modern campsites overlook the scenic 250-acre lake. All sites have water and electrical hook-ups, and thirty-five sites have sewage drain connections. A sewage dumping station, and modern bathhouse facilities are available for the camper’s convenience. Swimming, fishing (Alabama Fishing License required), and boat launch (Boater’s License required, if applicable) are included in the camping fee. Pets are welcome at the park and in the campground area; but they must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in the swimming area, the beach, beach parking lot, or adjoining areas. Signs are posted to indicate pet area limits.
Monte Sano State Park Camping - Huntsville, AL
All prices are for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons, an additional $2.00 per person is charged for occupants over the age of 6 that exceed the 4 person maximum occupancy. Monte Sano also permits one additional tent per site for children under 16 for a charge of $5.00. We do take reservation, but we do not reserve
