Taube Museum of Art - The Minot Art Association, established in 1970, moved to accept the old First National Bank building in downtown Minot (pop. 34,544) in July of 1992. Formally housed at the North Dakota State Fairground, the Minot Art Gallery moved to the Taube Museum of Art in August of 1997. It has exhibits all year round with the Student Art Show an important event. After being judged at the Taube, it then tours the state. The Taube offers children and adult art classes, hosts Christmas and birthday parties and encourages school and organizational tours.

The area was first established as a Memorial Park in 1947. It gained National Park status in 1978. However, over time, friends and neighbors who knew the Christiansons and knew of their love for animals began stopping at the farm to deliver stray and/or injured animals with the knowledge that they would receive the care they required.

Chester Fritz Auditorium - The Chester Fritz Auditorium rests on a base measuring 170' x 220' and has an average height of 85 feet, equivalent to a seven story building. The building covers over 26,000 square feet of ground and has more than two acres of interior floors. The building is constructed of 1 1/3 million pounds of steel framing, approximately 1/3 million pounds of steel reinforcing and more than 12 million pounds of concrete. The exterior is of orange Hebron rock-faced brick and pre-cast concrete, both made in North Dakota.

Red River Zoo - The Red River Zoo is located in southwest Fargo, North Dakota on thirty-three acres of land, formerly the George Anderson Family Red River Ranch. The initial site included only seven trees and a few old farm buildings. Several buildings were either modified to fit the needs of the new zoo or simply destroyed due to public safety concerns. The featureless land has since been transformed into areas of beautifully landscaped exhibits, rolling hills and a series of five ponds connected by flowing streams. Over five hundred trees and shrubs have been planted to create the illusion of wilderness amongst the cityscape of Fargo.
