Rodef Shalom Biblical Botanical Garden - The garden was established in 1987. It is the largest of its kind in North America (1/3 acre) and the only one with an ongoing program of research and publication. Visit the land of the Bible in a setting of a waterfall, a desert, a stream, the Jordan, which meanders through the garden from Lake Galilee to the Dead Sea. Packwood House Museum - Packwood House Museum is among the oldest log-built structures of its kind in Pennsylvania, originally constructed as a two-story log cabin between 1796 and 1799. As a tavern and hotel throughout much of the 19th century, the building served travelers in the Susquehanna Valley until 1886. In 1936 Edith Fetherston, a Lewisburg native and one of the first woman graduates of nearby Bucknell University, and her husband, John, purchased the 27-room building as a retirement home, and began to fill it with art and antiques from Pennsylvania and across the world. They named their home "Packwood" after a Fetherston family ancestral home in England.

Leap the Dips - In the year of 1902, in the town of Altoona, Pennsylvania, a wooden coaster named Leap the Dips opened to visitors of a park called Lakemont. Leap-the-Dips was a ride of the latest in coaster technology, with individual cars rolling along side-friction track to complete a 1,452-foot-long double figure eight-like track formation, the lift hill topping out at 41 feet above ground level and cars acheiving 12 miles per hour during the course.
