A HEALTHIER HALLOWEEN - These pumpkin cookies taste yummy -- and are loaded with vitamin A. To make them, preheat oven to 350°F. Mist two baking sheets with canola oil spray. At some point in the afternoon, some of the older kids, clutching the hand of a parent, made their way to Jay Greenspan, M.D., director of neonatology at Jefferson, and stammered, "Thank you for saving my life."
