COW COUNT CAR ROADTRIP GAME

This is a good game when you are driving through states or provinces that are rural or suburban. Otherwise, if you are driving only in cities, your kids will get frustrated and not be able to count any cows. Have your child look out the window for fields with cows. The first player to find a field of cows can call out the number of cows in the field and therefore gets to keep the cows on their points list. You can either keep track of each players cow count in your heads or write them down ... here is a Score Tracker on this page to printout. The first person who makes it to 500 cows wins The Cow Count Game. To make the game more interesting, choose landmarks that either double scores or cuts scores in half. I have heard of cemeteries as landmarks to cut scores in half and churches as landmarks that double scores. To implement this...the person who calls seeing the cemetery or church is the player that can choose which player to implement the score loss or double on another player. You can use any landmark that you wish, but the landmarks must be called before the Cow Count Game begins.
